Salted Honey Cow Cheese Board


SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2x 120g Yarra Valley Dairy Salted Honey Cow Cheese

  • 2x types of Artisan crackers of your choice

  • 2-3 nectarines or peaches, stone removed and sliced into wedges

  • 1 large pear, thinly sliced

  • Handful blueberries

  • 5-10 strawberries

  • Handful toasted pistachio and walnuts or nuts of your choice

  • (Optional) Fresh honeycomb to serve

 

METHOD

Unwrap the Yarra Valley Salted Honey Cow Cheese and smear over 1/4 of the board – or smear one and leave the other in its packet.

Assemble the crackers around the board.

Assemble the fresh fruit around the board.

Top the cheese with the honeycomb.

Sprinkle the board with the freshly toasted nuts.
