Green Goddess Salad


SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tub  Persian Fetta

  • 1/3 cup natural yoghurt

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Zest, juice 1 lemon

  • Handful basil, parsley leaves

  • Salt, pepper

  • Big bowl of your favourite leaves

  • Handful each dill, parsley, basil leaves

  • 1/3 cup combined toasted pepita & sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves

 

METHOD

Blend the green goddess dressing ingredients to a smooth creamy dressing.
Set aside in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Combine the leaves, herbs and seeds in a large bowl, lightly seasoning and dress with a generous amount of the GG dressing.
