Green Goddess Salad
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup natural yoghurt
1 clove garlic
Zest, juice 1 lemon
Handful basil, parsley leaves
Salt, pepper
Big bowl of your favourite leaves
Handful each dill, parsley, basil leaves
1/3 cup combined toasted pepita & sunflower seeds
1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
METHOD
Blend the green goddess dressing ingredients to a smooth creamy dressing.
Set aside in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Combine the leaves, herbs and seeds in a large bowl, lightly seasoning and dress with a generous amount of the GG dressing.
