All of our marinated cheeses are made with a fresh cheese as the base. This is then marinated in an olive oil blend and a combination of fresh herbs and spices or other flavoursome additions such as garlic, golden shallots, roasted capsicum, lemon rind or olives – depending on which cheese we are creating.
